By validating an order on the site, the Customer acknowledges:

  • being a natural person of legal age with legal capacity;
  • accepting without reservation all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC);

1. PURPOSE AND APPLICATION

These GTC govern the sale of Products carried out on the JOVIK PRO SAS website, particularly in the following categories:

3. PRODUCTS

The Products offered by JOVIK PRO SAS are intended for professional or personal use, depending on their nature.
Descriptions, technical characteristics, instructions for use, and photographs are provided as accurately as possible.

Certain technical Products (tools, electrical equipment, home automation, PPE, automotive parts, etc.) must be used in accordance with applicable standards.
JOVIK PRO SAS cannot be held responsible for improper or dangerous use.

4. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Registration is required to place an order.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information and to update it.

JOVIK PRO SAS may suspend an account in case of non-compliance with the GTC.

5. ORDER

The Customer selects Products, validates their cart, chooses the delivery method, and proceeds to payment.

Final validation constitutes acceptance of:

  • the GTC
  • the prices
  • the characteristics of the Products
  • the delivery costs

Any validated order is firm and final.

6. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT.
They may be modified at any time, but Products are invoiced based on the price in force at the time of the order.

Shipping costs are indicated before validation.

7. AVAILABILITY

Products are offered subject to availability.
In case of shortage, JOVIK PRO SAS will offer:

  • an equivalent replacement, or
  • a refund within 14 days

Certain technical Products may require additional time (e.g., home automation, specific wiring, heavy materials).

8. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are:

  • credit card
  • bank transfer
  • other methods offered on the website

Products remain the property of JOVIK PRO SAS until full payment is received.

9. DELIVERY

Deliveries are available in France and in the countries offered at checkout.

Types of delivery depending on Products:

  • Standard delivery
  • Express delivery
  • Pickup point delivery
  • Specialized delivery for heavy or bulky materials (pallet, dedicated carrier)

Liability

In case of an incorrect address provided, JOVIK PRO SAS cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failure.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a legal period of 14 days.

Legal exceptions:

Certain Products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used PPE (safety standards)
  • Custom-cut cables
  • Custom-made materials
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless due to an error by JOVIK PRO SAS.

11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned:

  • unused
  • in perfect condition
  • in original packaging
  • with accessories and instructions

Technical Products must only be tested according to manufacturer instructions.

12. WARRANTIES

Legal warranty of conformity

Applicable under articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code.

Hidden defects warranty

Under articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Technical products

Some Products (tools, electrical, home automation) benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty.

13. LIABILITY

JOVIK PRO SAS cannot be held responsible for:

  • improper use of Products
  • electrical or home automation installation performed by unqualified persons
  • damage resulting from non-compliance with safety standards
  • intensive professional use not suited to the purchased Product

14. PERSONAL DATA

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
The privacy policy is available on the website.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content is protected.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are governed by French law.

17. MEDIATION

The Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
