Shipping Policy
๐ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
- Standard processing time: 24 to 48 business hours
- During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take an additional 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

JOVIK PRO SAS ships to:
- Metropolitan France
- European Union
- Selected non-EU countries (depending on logistical feasibility)

๐ฆ Shipping Methods
Depending on the type of products (tools, materials, PPE, home automation, automotive parts, etc.), several delivery methods are available:
Standard Delivery
- Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, or equivalent
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 17 business days within France
International Delivery
- Available for standard parcels
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 17 business days
Specialized Delivery (Heavy or Bulky Items)
For certain products (materials, machinery, pallets):
- Dedicated carrier
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 17 business days
- Delivery at building entrance or curbside
๐ฐ Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel weight
- Selected carrier
- Destination
- Volume (for bulky or heavy items)
Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote areas
- Oversized deliveries
- Shipments outside the EU
๐ Customs Duties & Taxes (International)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be required by local authorities.
These charges are not covered by JOVIK PRO SAS and remain the responsibility of the customer.
๐ฎ Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name
- Tracking link
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
๐ Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
In case of an incorrect address resulting in return or delivery failure:
- Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
๐ฆ Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if possible
- Take photos of the package and product
- Contact customer service within 48 hours
Lost Package
If tracking shows an issue or loss:
- An investigation will be opened with the carrier
- A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the outcome
๐ Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days, and exceptionally up to 30 days for certain products (see Return Policy).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to JOVIK PRO SAS.
